Porch Overlooking the River is a Treat
House is as advertised, clean and with great views of the Merrimack River. Drinking coffee on the porch while watching the river is a treat!
Convenient Location and Great Host
This was our second time staying with Mary and we cannot wait to stay again. The most beautiful view and a convenient location to all highways and close to great restaurants as well! Mary is the best host!
Good Rental for Families with Children
Great Family place to stay. Toddler friendly. River is not too close so that was good since we were traveling with young kids. Has all that you need to keep your family functional. Great kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher and parking. Lots of linens provided. Host very accommodating. River view was nice.
Great Rental to Break Up a Lond Roadtrip
Stayed at Mary’s place on the way to bar harbor and it was very peaceful. We along with out little one had an amazing time sitting on the porch watching the boats and the river. Mary was very responsive and accomodating as we reached very late in night.

Highly Recommend This Vacation Rental
The host was very accommodating and gracious. We were very comfortable. The office space was perfect and allowed me to work from home undisturbed. Every detail was well thought out. There was coffee and tea, ice in the freezer, tissue boxes, and even foil and plastic wrap for our leftovers. I would stay again and highly recommend it.
Great Stay at River House
Mary-Helen was beyond helpful! The place was comfortable and surprisingly quiet for how busy the area is! I definitely will stay again if we come back to the area.
Recommend 1000 Times Over
The accommodation is perfect and very private despite having neighbors. The place is very clean and the area is very quiet. I would recommend it a thousand times over! Mary was very helpful; I had a problem with the lock that I didn't know how it worked, but she helped me immediately. All in all, I highly recommend it.
Can't Wait to Return
Mary was such a kind and responsive host—a true pleasure to interact with. We loved her spacious, comfortable home. The road out front took us directly to Interstate 93, making it quick to get everywhere that we wanted to be. I would 100% stay again.
Great Rental Near Family
We stayed here previously when visiting our daughter who lives in Dracut. It’s very convenient and has everything that was promised. Being able to take our dog was really nice.
